Lunch & Learn Training for Organisations

Pregnancy & Infant Loss

Pregnancy and infant loss affects around 1 in 4 pregnancies, yet many workplaces still feel unsure how to respond when an employee experiences loss.

Colleagues want to be supportive. Managers want to do the right thing. But without guidance, people often worry about saying the wrong thing — or say nothing at all.

My 1-hour Lunch & Learn session helps organisations build awareness, confidence, and compassionate communication when supporting someone affected by pregnancy or baby loss.

The session provides practical, real-world guidance that employees and managers can immediately apply in the workplace.

Infertility

Infertility affects millions of people worldwide, yet it is still one of the most misunderstood and invisible challenges employees face.

Many people navigating fertility treatment or infertility struggles do so silently, often balancing medical appointments, emotional stress, financial pressures, and work responsibilities.

My 1-hour Lunch & Learn training session helps organisations build awareness and develop a more compassionate and supportive workplace culture for employees experiencing infertility.

With greater awareness, workplaces can create an environment where employees feel understood, supported, and able to seek help when needed.

Amie Charnley~ Trained by The Foundation for Infant Loss

This training is available as individual sessions or a combined package.

Choose separate 1-hour Lunch & Learn sessions to focus on either infertility support or pregnancy & infant loss awareness individually. This is perfect for organisations wanting to address each topic separately.

The combined package offers both sessions at a discounted rate, providing a comprehensive approach to supporting employees through infertility and pregnancy loss. Both options help managers support employees with confidence, foster compassionate conversations, and show a commitment to wellbeing and inclusion.
